Brett Wilmer – President

Brett Wilmer is the President of Leasified LLC. With 15+ years in residential mortgages and management along with 20+ years in the music industry, Brett understands the complexities of how successful businesses are run and how important the culture of a company is to its employees and clients.  Brett graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in economics and studied business management at Drexel University.  He loves spending his free time relaxing with his wife, Meg, and their crazy dogs while still occasionally picking up the guitar for a song or two.  

Meg Wilmer – Chief Marketing Officer

Meg Wilmer is the Chief Marketing Officer for Leasified LLC.  With over 7 years of experience in Real Estate and 16 years in management, she is our resident marketing guru.  Meg prides herself on her hands-on approach to customer service and recognizing the pulse of social media and marketing trends in an ever-changing environment.  When not at work, Meg loves to spend time with her husband, Brett, and their five dogs exploring all that Nashville, TN has to offer in regards to nightlife and outdoor adventures.  

Melissa Flores – Chief Operating Officer

Melissa Flores is the Chief Operating Officer for Leasified LLC. Originally from Maryland, Melissa has lived in many different states until she found Nashville TN as her home. She has over 15+ years of experience providing operational support to small businesses, helping them to grow and be highly successful in their respective industries.  Melissa also has four adult children, so she thoroughly understands the challenges of qualifying young adults with financing for rental properties in their college years and beyond.
